Although quite different, Yin & Restorative yoga can be quite complementary and both amazing tools for curious yoga students and teachers.
The Yin component will be taught by Dawn Batenchuk, a senior yoga teacher of 20 years and a student of Bernie Clark.
The Restorative component will be taught by Dede Monette, Founder of Tofino Yoga and senior teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience.
Tofino Yoga looks forward to welcoming you to this YACEP- Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program. These hours are eligible towards the 300hr Yoga Alliance certification.
