Weaving 101 - April 2021

Join Kim Leckey of Sea Woven, a local fibre arts and macramé artist, each Wednesday evening (April 7 & 14) from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. for a 2-week virtual Intro to Weaving class. In this course you will learn how to wrap your own loom, create textures using multiple weaving techniques, experiment and discuss the use of different fibres, removal from the loom and hanging techniques. Each participant will complete the class with one finished woven wall hanging and the tools to complete future weaving projects.

• laser cut wooden loom 
• fibre materials 
• PDF Worksheet
