Sound Bath - November 2022
Part of the District of Tofino's West Coast Workshop series running through fall 2022
Outline:
Join us for an evening of healing sounds and breathwork. The Sound Bath will be hosted by somatic therapist and sound practitioner, Lex Venn. Lex will be utilizing crystal bowls and other instruments to promote nourishment and healing. This cozy evening will be held in the Tofino Community Hall classroom.
