Older Adults Weaving Workshop - February 2021

Each Friday (February 12, 19, 26) from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. join Kimberly Leckey of Sea Woven, a local fibre arts and macramé artist, to learn to weave using 10" circular frame looms. These circles will be wrapped and warped to create the canvas of our fibre art where you will learn the basic weaving techniques in an unconventional way. Experiment with a range of different fibres including specialty wools, unspun roving, velvet, silk ribbon, and more to create a textural feast for the eyes.
