Outline:

This course is designed for people interested in learning how to build a deeper awareness of their own experience. Mindfulness is more than relaxation and it is not about making your mind 'blank'. Mindfulness is about paying attention on purpose, in the present moment without judgement. This program is practical and is aimed at reducing job, family, or health-related stress. It seeks to help participants cultivate resilience and a greater sense of ease and effectiveness in work and life.

This course runs for 7 Thursday evenings beginning on October 26, 2017 from 6-7:30 pm at the Tofino Community Hall.

Also be sure to join us for an introductory session on Mindfulness hosted by Dr. Crosbie Watler on October 19th from 6:00 - 7:30pm at the Tofino Community Hall.
