Kids Textile Course - February 2021
Sea Woven, a local fibre arts and macramé artist will be leading weekly textile crafts workshops for kids.
Outline:
Each Friday (February 12, 19, 26) from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m., Kimberly Leckey of Sea Woven, a local fibre arts and macramé artist, will be teaching kids about the different ways fibre can be used in functional ways! These fun crafts are short little workshops that will teach different weaving techniques, how to make pom-poms, and the basic macramé knots. Your children will come out of the class with a finished craft that they can use in their day-to-day.
Prerequisites:
No prerequisites. Open to children ages 9 - 13.
