Food Preservation Trainer Certification - October 2019
Join this workshop to learn how to safely preserve your food and gain the skills, resources, and certification to lead a food preservation workshop in your community!
Outline:
Learn theoretical and hands on training in safe and effective food preservation techniques including drying, boiling water bath canning and pressure canning. Through this intensive training you will also receive resources and guidance to teach your own workshops or work with local community organizations and become PRESERVESafe(TM) trainer certified.
Sponsorships available for fees, travel and FoodSafe training for local community food leaders.
Course fee:
$220 +3hour online lesson to be complete prior to course
