Carnivorous Tuesdays - Wild Pacific Trail

Carnivorous Tuesdays FREE Interpretive Event

  • 10 am to 1 pm (every Tuesday)
  • Meet at the Lighthouse, end of Coast Guard Road

Join the Wild Pacific Trail to learn about coastal predators. Survival is all about food, learn about bears, wolves cougars, and how to keep them from harm. Did you know that a bear can smell six times better than a dog? Some bears have even learned how to open car doors if they smell food. To learn fun carnivore facts and how to avoid conflict when visiting this wildlife-rich ecosystem, be sure to join their knowledgeable naturalist on June 6, 13, 20, and 27!

*Kid-friendly event
