From Cave Walls to Computers - the importance of a Lifestory and memoir

“Human beings are compelled to tell their stories. We are hardwired for it, an unbreakable loop connecting us through our legacy of human experience. Before we had language, we acted out our stories around the fire, where we gathered and connected and learned, lit by the passions of the storyteller, safe in the circle of the story. The medium may change, but our purpose remains constant: to inform, to inspire, to entertain.”

Sylvia Taylor is an award-winning author, editor, and educator. She has published several novels and poems, and over four hundred articles and literary pieces in various publications.
