Nuu-chah-nulth Cultural Walk

This walk takes place on the Schooner Cove boardwalk, which meanders through Nuu-chah-nulth ancestral forests and leads to the corner of Long Beach. The trail itself is approximately 1.5 km long, and has 336 stairs. The trail head is about 15 km drive from Tofino and the turn off can be found by looking for the sign that reads “Schooner Cove Trail”.

Gisele will meet the group at the parking lot/trail head. Then, she will guide the group down the trail providing interpretation along the way, and also when the group arrives at the beach. Once the two hours are over Gisele will take her leave and guests will be free to explore the beach further to their liking or head back up the trail.
